10 sts = 4½” (11.5 cm); 8 rows = 7” (18 cm) in half double crochet worked in back loops only. 3 shells = 7” (18 cm); 4 shell rows = 5” (12.5 cm) in shell pattern of Poncho body. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.
