अध्याय 3 – श्री साईं सच्चरित्र का प्रवेश द्वार में एक लीला का वर्णन है, जिसमें बताया गया है कि कैसे साईं बाबा ने रोहिला का पक्ष लिया, जबकि गाँव वाले उसके रात में ज़ोर से कुरान की आयतें पढ़ने की शिकायत कर रहे थे। बाबा ने न केवल उनकी शिकायतों की उपेक्षा की, बल्कि उससे भी अधिक रहस्यमयी बात कही — कि रोहिला की पत्नी कोई अच्छी स्त्री नहीं है, वह छिपकर बाबा के पास आने की कोशिश करती है, लेकिन जब रोहिला कुरान का पाठ आरंभ करता है, तो वह डरकर वापस लौट जाती है।
