The CARES Act provides a total of $349 billion for loan guarantees through the Paycheck Protection Program at the Small Business Administration, which can be used for payroll support, insurance premiums, and mortgage, rent and utility payments. Starting April 3, 2020 through June 30, 2020, community health centers can submit an application through SBA lenders.
