"Sure, Mom. What's up?" "Well, your sister is bringing Derek's entire family this year. His parents, his two brothers, their wives, all the kids. It's going to be a full house."
"Okay. That sounds nice."
"It does. But honey, we just don't have room for everyone. The house is only so big."
