Understanding Nietzsche with Adam Crabtree (4K Reboot)

Описание: Adam Crabtree, RP, is a trainer of psychotherapists and has a private therapy practice in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, He is author of From Mesmer to Freud: Magnetic Sleep and the Roots of Psychological Healing, Multiple Man: Explorations in Possession and Multiple Personality, Trance Zero: Breaking the Spell of Conformity, Evolutionary Love and the Ravages of Greed, and The Land of Hypnogogia. He is also coauthor of Irreducible Mind: Toward a Psychology for the 21st Century, and he is coeditor of Beyond Physicalism: Toward Reconciliation of Science and Spirituality.

He proclaims his belief that Friedrich Nietzsche (1844 - 1900) was the greatest philosopher of all time, because he understood more clearly than anyone else how previous philosophies and institutions undermined human freedom and human possibility. He highlights Nietzsche's emphasis on the importance of psychological depth. He also reviews various biographical details and compares Nietzsche's philosophy with that of his contemporary (although they never met) C. S. Peirce.

New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in "parapsychology" ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980). He is also the Grand Prize winner of the 2021 Bigelow Institute essay competition regarding the best evidence for survival of human consciousness after permanent bodily death. He is Co-Director of Parapsychology Education at the California Institute for Human Science.
