Tips for traveling while pregnant✈️👶🏼🌎👇🏼

#1. Walk before your flight: this has been a game changing from feeling too stiff or stir crazy on flights (especially long international ones). It’s also important to walk every 2 hours during your flight!!

#2. Wear compression socks: I always feel like a crazy person changing socks on an airplane lolol but it’s so important because it helps with blood circulation!

#3. Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated- hydration is KEY!!!! My water bottle has always been an extension of me but even more so now that I’m pregnant lol.

Bonus tip: sit in an aisle seat so you can easily get up to move around and use the bathroom during the flight!

Depending on your knowledge pre-pregnancy, these all may sound obvious but I hope you found them helpful! I had no idea about these things before I was pregnant!
