Covington Louisiana is an awesome suburb of New Orleans, and you're really going to enjoy the area! Covington features much more affordable homes all throughout the area, access to great schools, and is located close to the freeway for easy access.
Covington Louisiana homes range from the mid $200,000s all the way up into the millions, so it's great spot to get into, and in my opinion, just a smart investment! There are some new builds in this area, as well as some existing homes, which gives you a good variety to choose from.
Covington is close to some prestigious schools, so that makes this a very desirable area. It's also close to some amazing restaurants, one of which we will check out on our way out today!
