Our everyday life keeps becoming more hectic and louder and at some stage it is just enough! Then we just long for relaxation, peace and quiet, don’t we? Walking through the woods, meditating, wandering along the beach or refuelling new energy somewhere else surrounded by nature. Unfortunately this usually isn’t easy. So how about bringing nature to your home and refuelling there?

For myself I experienced that it really does work! When I go on hiking trips I always take my camera and audio recorder with me to capture soothing sounds and breathtaking moments. Sometimes 10 minutes are enough to refuel, sometimes I keep my recordings playing quietly in the background all night long and am then completely relaxed and refuelled the next morning. Even though I do have to concentrate, nature sounds help me relax and I can imagine that they have the power to help you relax too!
