The Iranian government has announced that it has regained full control over the protests that have continued across the country for the past two weeks. Meanwhile, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has issued a strong warning to the United States, urging Washington to stop what he described as deceptive and destabilizing actions.

Ayatollah Khamenei praised the Iranian public for participating in massive pro-government rallies, stating that the Iranian nation is strong, united, and fully aware of foreign interference. He warned the United States against relying on its regional allies and accused it of fueling unrest inside Iran.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that the protests, which have lasted for 15 days, are now completely under control. Foreign diplomats were summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where videos allegedly showing acts of violence by protesters were presented. Iran also demanded that European countries stop supporting the demonstrations.

According to claims by international monitoring organizations, at least 572 people have been killed during the protests, including both demonstrators and security personnel. Iranian authorities have announced the formation of a special tribunal to fast-track cases against those accused of inciting violence.

In Tehran, a massive pro-government rally was held, attended by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, who was seen marching alongside supporters through the streets of the capital.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei stated that communication channels with the United States remain open through intermediaries, including Switzerland, and that messages are exchanged when necessary.
