We had our first snow fall here today in Ottawa and it was a shock for some drivers. This video captures the effect of it on some municipal buses, OC Transpo, getting stuck on Rideau Street. After speaking with some folks, it was mentioned that the buses weren’t equipped with proper winter tires.
