Ratanabad Railway Station is an abandoned railway station located on the Hyderabad–Mirpur Khas branch line in District Mirpurkhas, Sindh. This station once served as a technical railway station used mainly for train crossing purposes.
Ratanabad Railway Station was officially closed on 3rd July 1995, after which it became an abandoned railway station. Despite its closure, the station remains an important part of the local railway history of Sindh.
The station was named after Mr. Ratan, a noble businessman and landowner. The land on which Ratanabad Railway Station and the surrounding village were built originally belonged to him. He donated his agricultural land for the construction of the railway station and village, making a lasting contribution to the area.
