Manisa kebab recipe
A recipe for 7-8 people
1.5 kg ground beef and lamb mixed Half a tea glass of breadcrumbs
2 onions / grated and squeezed, we do not use the juice of the onion
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper 1.5 teaspoons of ground red pepper
for sauce;
1.5 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of tomato paste and half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of chili paste
very little black pepper and ground pepper
1 glass of water 250 ml
for service
7 small pita with roasted tomatoes and green peppers
for service
1.5 tablespoons of butter
Fabrication ;
Grate the onions and squeeze out the juice.
Put the minced meat in a mixing bowl, add the onion, breadcrumbs and spices and knead for at least 6-7 minutes. Prepare thin long strips of meatballs, I lined up small trash bottles. Put the meatballs on the tray and leave them in the refrigerator for an hour to rest if possible.
For the tomato paste sauce, melt the butter in the sauce pan, add the tomato paste, pepper paste and spices, fry for a while, then add the water and cook until the sauce thickens.
Grease and heat the pan. Flip and fry the meatballs.
Heat the butter in a small skillet.
Take the pitas on a small cut plate.
Take the meatballs on it,
Drizzle the tomato sauce over it. Serve with parsley, peppers and tomatoes. Finally, drizzle the melted butter on top. Enjoy your meal.
