Hello Scrapper’s!
Welcome to “Creating Your Memories”
Today I will show you how to use the Circle Cutter to create rings on a page layout. Starting at a 12” circle to 3” circle and how to place your rings on your base page to create your layout.
I’m using Serene Waters designer paper, Starry Night Shimmer Cardstock for my base layout, finishing of with Serene Waters embellishments from Creative Memories.
