INGREDIENTS:
Chicken fillet 2 pieces
Chopped onion small half
Chopped green chillies 3
Chopped ginger 1/ 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Black paper 1/2tsp
Red chilli flakes 1tsp
Flour 3tbsp
Cornflour 2tbsp
Baking soda 1 pinch
Egg 1

METHOD:
1. Cut chicken fillets into cube shape.
2. In a chopper machine, chopped onion, green chillies and ginger.
3. In a mixing bowl, add chicken cubes, chopped (onions, green chillies and ginger), salt, black paper, red chilli flakes and all the remaining ingredients.
4. Marinate the mixture for half an hour, then fry at medium- low heat.
