Ingredients
500 g pomfret
salt
pepper
1 tbs cornstarch
1 knob ginger
4 cloves garlic
3 shallots
1 red chilli
2 spring onions
Sauce
1 tbs shaoxing
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs fermented soy bean sauce
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup water
