Training Ship Active MTC are an independent Naval & Marine Cadet Unit based in Waterlooville for 8-18 year old youngsters, teaching important life skills, promoting self discipline, health, fitness & wellbeing along with teaching all things nautical and providing camps and trips for our young Cadets at minimal cost.
As an independent unit we rely very heavily on fund raising activities such as bag packing at local supermarkets and helping out at functions & events to keep going, however due to the Coronavirus lockdown we are currently closed, and all of our fund raising activities for at least the next year have been cancelled. With bills needing to continue to be paid, but no funds coming in, we are rapidly running low on funds, and are likely to run out before long.
TS Active MTC has a Marching Band who play at various parades, functions & events, and members of the band have decided to record individual video's of themselves playing some of the band tunes which have been all put together to complete a full video of the band playing in an attempt to try and raise very much needed funds to keep this valuable resource going once we are able to return.
