How to inspire creativity

Описание: In this video I am sharing different ways to inspire creativity!

Here are some tips on how to inspire creativity again - and remember we are all creative (don’t compare your creative abilities to someone else’s!)

Set yourself up for creativity by:

Environment - physically go to the places that you have felt inspired in the past or create it within your work area/bedroom etc, and/or change up your environment

Create the ambience - bring in elements that stimulate your senses like candles + music

Get rid of distractions- phone on airplane mode & nothing distracting around

Write - jot down thoughts, feelings, ideas

Talk aloud - talk out your ideas to gain clarity

Relate - think about the current circumstances in your life or a pivotal moment in your life & draw from that experience

Stimulate your brain - use your non dominant hand to complete daily tasks to challenge a different part of your brain

Relax - work on letting go of racing/stressful thoughts

Set yourself up, but don’t force it - don’t be hard on yourself if you haven’t gained any inspiration yet, sometimes it will follow days or weeks after

Pray for insight - God is the ultimate creator & provides the best ideas
