A. Yes. On April 21, 2025, HRERA officially issued a notice to the directors
and officials of Sky Palazzo, Sector 88B, Gurgaon, flagging the possibility of
fraudulent activity following a formal complaint by Triveni Home Buyers.

Q2. Who is the actual developer of Trinity Sky Plazzos?
A. The project is legally developed by Fidatocity Homes Private Limited
(HRERA Reg: RC/REP/HRERA/GGM/921/653/2025/24). Trinity Infratech is the
marketing brand, whose founders Mukund Mittal and Riddhi Mittal are alleged
family members of Madhur Mittal — a builder DTCP-banned in 2019.

Q3. Was the HRERA complaint against Trinity Sky Plazzos dismissed?
A. Yes, on May 19, 2025 — but ONLY because the complainants had no direct
locus standi (no personal stake in the project). HRERA explicitly stated that
fraud allegations can still be pursued in a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
The project has NOT received a clean chit on the substance of fraud allegations.

Q4. Is Adore The Select Premia Sector 77 Gurgaon safe to invest in?
A. Adore The Select Premia is HRERA-registered (No. 51 of 2024) with possession
promised in May 2029. However, Adore Realtech was established only in 2015.
Investors must carefully research the builder's past delivery record and
