Today’s video is extra special — I took on the challenge of buying one book from every "floor" of Powell’s City of Books in Portland, Oregon, as well as one from two of it's other locations as well! I picked up six very different books, and I’m reviewing them all in this video.

Each one left me with something unique to reflect on, from haunting literary fantasy to deeply emotional classics to nonfiction about design and relationships. Ultimately, I share what I learned from experiencing Powell’s itself and how this stack of books, though wildly different, created a broader picture of what reading can teach us.
