First aid can be pretty important in mountain biking. So what should go in your MTB med kit? That's up to you, but in this video I'll share what I'm carrying in my first aid kit, as well as a few things I'm NOT carrying and why.
(Although I'm a MTB noob, I've been a certified Wilderness First Responder for years, and have taken a good amount of EMT training, although I'm not currently a certified EMT.)

My list (for day trips & shorter):
Nitrile gloves
Band-aids (various sizes and shapes)
Gauze bandages
Self-adhering wrap tape
Leukotape
Swiss army knife w/ Tweezers
SAM splint
Ace bandage
Triangle bandage
Finger splints (or popsicle sticks...)
alcohol wipes
antibiotic ointment
any medications I might potentially need (this will depend on your personal medical situation)
ibuprofen AND acetaminophen (Motrin & Tylenol) - see the video for why I take both
