I'm so sorry for the not-so clear black font I used at 4:38. I'll avoid that font colour next time. This is what I intended to say:
At that stage, add in your palm oil and about a teaspoon of the ground Achu spices. You stir the mixture a little, taste and adjust seasoning then put into the blender and pulse like you see me doing.
