In nineteen ninety nine in the province of Anhui, the body of a woman was found lying dead in a wheat field. With nothing to identify the victim the case would remain unsolved for the next ten years until the wife of a Henan province billionaire got in touch with one of her huband oldest friends and former business partner.
She would tell him his wife had her life ended by her husband ten years prior, an the revelation would lead to the police and family and friends of the victim fighting for another ten year to get justice.
