Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has launched a landmark Rs 1 billion initiative to establish and upgrade 650 daycare centers across Punjab, providing vital support to working mothers and promoting women’s empowerment.

More than 350 daycare centers are already fully operational in public hospitals, schools, and government offices, while the remaining centers are nearing completion. These state-of-the-art facilities offer a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children, enabling mothers to pursue their careers with peace of mind.

The initiative reflects the Punjab government's commitment to women's welfare, workplace inclusion, and family-friendly policies. It is another significant step toward building an empowered and progressive Punjab under the leadership of Maryam Nawaz.
