1 pc onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 cup pork, thinly sliced
1 pirasong chorizo Macao, sliced
8 to 10 pcs. medium shrimp
6 pcs. squid balls
1/4 cup pork or chicken liver
3/4 cup carrot, julienned
10 to 12 pcs. baguio beans
2 cups cabbage, chopped
3 tbsps. UFC Annatto Seeds
1-2 cups stock (depende sa klase ng noodles na gamit mo)
