Описание: The Mega Plantation Drive organised by Live to Love, Young Drukpa Association, Trees for Life in association with LAHDC Leh, commenced yesterday at Liktsey village in Rong Churgyud.

The mega plantation drive is an initiative to tackle the issue of climate change for the protection of the environment and to improve the green cover in Ladakh as per the vision of His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa Rinpoche.
His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa Rinpoche, in a video message, expressed his gratitude to all the participants and supporters for making the plantation drive successful. He highlighted the importance of taking necessary initiatives to preserve our fragile environment.

I was fortunate to attend this mega event. Thanks to YDA Garsha for giving me this opportunity. We got a chance to see and experience Ladakh from the core . The event was held in a remote village called Liktsey. Whole event was organised by this village and we get to know about this village from the natives and I feel blessed to experience all of this . I have shared the mega event happened and the experience of living in a remote village of Ladakh.
