1. Take time to think
2. Make eye contact with both interviewers
3. Never undermine nurses or other healthcare professionals
4. Elaborate on your answers (within limits)
5. Be careful of the speed at which you're talking
6. Smile and laugh at their jokes but don't force it though
7. Mention real stories
8. Don't ask pointless questions, check the website, speak to staff, if you still can't get an answer then you should ask...
