How to use Davey Firefighting Pump & Camlock Fittings - Bushfire Safety System Pt 3

Описание: Beginner friendly tutorial on using Davey Firefighter Pump with a Petrol Honda Engine (GX160).

These little pumps are virtually indestructible, easy to service and use hardly any fuel for the amount of water they put out. With peak capacity of 600kPa (=60 metres of head) and more than 400 litres per minute, even the most basic model has a lot of potential.

Camlocks allow you to quickly disconnect and reconnect your pump to whatever fittings/system you're using. Storz fittings are what firefighters use so if you want your system to be easily usable by firies you can opt for Storz instead, or just get an adapter from Camlock to Storz for more compatibility.
