Finishing Touches To The Inner Door Structure For My 1930 Ford Model A Roadster

Описание: Matt is on the home stretch of building the inner door structure but there are a few key steps that need to be completed. The top and bottom of the structure need to have their edges turned to meet and flow with the body. The bottom of the door structure just needs to sit off the frame rail and leave enough clearance for the door skin to be folded over. The top on the other hand will need to flow with the top body line, but Matt will be changing it up slightly to add a custom look to the top of the door. Matt had originally planned on using box tubing through out the inner structure to help stiffen it up, but after welding the bottom corners of the door things have tightened up. Now that the drivers door is done, Matt will move onto the passenger door structure and get both doors to the same point while the information is still fresh in his head!
