I wash my hair about 2-3 times a week and my normal wash routine is as follows:
CO-WASH with a conditioner & CONDITION with a conditioner. This video shows me washing my hair with conditioner both times because it's my normal routine.

I clean my hair with a sulfate free shampoo about once or twice a month depending on what my hair has been through in that month. Since I did not use a sulfate free shampoo in my video, I'll post here:

I alternate between a deep conditioning hair masque and a protein treatment about once a month or as needed.

This video was intended to show how to basically follow the cowashing method, I added the deep conditioning masque because I felt I needed it for my hair!

Sulfates contain "Sulfate" or "Sulfonate"
Silicones end in "-one", "-conol", or "-xane". Stay away from those, unless it's prefaced with PEG or PPG ex: PEG-12 Dimethicone, those are water soluble and okay to use.
