Ingredientes:
2 batatas (400 g)
150 g bacon
1 cebola
200 g cogumelos shimeji
100 g mussarela ralada
400 ml de leite
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
2 colheres de sopa de miso
100 g mussarela
1 colher de chá de salsa desidratada
2 travessas individuais (capacidade = 350 ml)
1 copo = 240 ml
1 colher de sopa = 15 ml
1 colher de chá = 5 ml
