Making these soft pretzels will make you realize, that its the easiest recipe you will ever make, without missing any of the flavor from a classic pretzel and even more from the herbs added to the dough we mixed
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Warm Water
1 tbs Sugar
2 tbs Yeast
1 tbs oil
3 cups Flour (heaping)
1 tbs Parsley
1 tbs Garlic
Sea Salt for topping
Baking Soda solution:
2 tbs baking soda
6-8 cups of water
