Hey guys! Welcome back to the channel❤️
Today's video is one of current leg days! Training at one of my favourite gyms - UltraFlex Gym in Derby.
If you want to grow your legs you need to know how to train to failure and realise that you can probably push yourself a lot more than what you realise! Let me show you how I train HARD and to failure in order to grow muscle!
Training can be painful sometimes and that's where you will notice the most amount of growth. Don't skimp out on those last few reps just because it gets a but sore...
If you want to really grow muscle and get big legs then make sure you are training them adequately to what your body can handle (I personally train them 3 times a week) ensure you are also hitting several compound movements across the week (today's was leg day for me) and also include a variation of isolation exercises and single leg movements....!!
