Teezan is a delicious ragi porridge that Goans enjoy.
For this porridge, I have used milk however traditionally it is made using coconut milk and hence vegan.
Also called Ragi or Nachni sprouted nachni is ground and used as a weaning food for toddlers. As it is rich in iron and calcium, make it a part of your diet. This is especially important for lactating mothers, toddlers young adults or elderly people.

Halve the recipe or double it easily
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ragi/finger millet flour
2 cup Water
1/4 cup Jaggery
1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
1/4 cup Milk
1 elichi/cardamom powdered optional
