I had the opportunity to put the Orion Cooker 3.0 to the test for the channel, and it did not disappoint! I cooked up a couple racks of lamb ribs that came out incredibly tender and juicy.
They were seasoned with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub and Cherry Rub, smoked using Bear Mountain BBQ Cherry Wood Chips, and finished with a hit of Triple 9’s Vinegar Sauce for the perfect balance of flavor.
CORRECTION: the name of the place is mentioned wrong on the video! The store’s name is TheBBQSuperStore.com! My apologies to Mark for stating it wrong in the video!
