Here are the rules for 75 days:
1. Follow a structured diet (no cheat meals, no alcohol).
2. Do two 45-minute workouts every day (one must be outdoors).
3. Drink 1 gallon (3.8 L) of water daily.
4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/self-development book.
5. Take a progress photo every day.
6. Miss a rule = start over at Day 1.
