This is the calm music version, I have the same workout but with more upbeat music on my channel so you can choose the vibe you like best.
This is the perfect 5 minute everyday booty Pilates workout to sculpt your glutes. It’s super quick but effective to give that bubble butt, perfect if you are busy.
This is a completely lying down mat Pilates routine so great if you’re a beginner or want something low intensity. Workout can be done from home or anywhere you have space to lie down. The routine can be repeated if you want an extra burn.
