1 teaspoons instant yeast
1/4 to 1/3 cup Olive or vegetable oil
6 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
*****Spinach Alfredo Sauce Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter (Or 2 tbsp Oil + 2 tbsp Butter)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
Pinch of nutmeg
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry, I prefer fresh spinach
1 tbsp garlic, minced
*****For the Pizza Toppings:
3 mushrooms, cut into cubes
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
