In this episode, we continue detailing downtown and build a fully custom station for our elevated rail! // Mona is a free city-state set in the 2050s that arose as a key place for the elite to carry out business amid widespread economic and political upheaval in today's global cities, due to mounting effects of the climate crisis. Mona’s authoritarian-capitalist state ensures the city’s continued stability by any means it sees necessary. It is simultaneously home to the world’s wealthiest business elites and to a vast, impoverished under-class searching for the last opportunities they see in a world of crisis. It is a city with complete freedom for businesses and the elites that run them, and a city of total oppressive control over the non-ruling class.
