Since we are traveling for a week, we designed a HIIT workout (full body) to follow while we are away from the gym! We loved it so much, we wanted to share it with you!
All exercises performed 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off! Repeat 2x!
1. Jump lunges into a sumo squat
2. Frog Squats
3. Two side step half squats with a burpee
4. Plank with shoulder taps and mountain climbers
5. Jumping Jacks
6. Plank cross toe touch to plank jump ins
7. Lunge to high knee - right
8. Lunge to high knee- left
9. Squat to half squat
