Samurai Warriors 2 - Obtain the Moon Child Horse

Yes, you guys can finally stop asking me how to get this rare horse. And the other one too once I've obtained it.

This mission must be completed in Survival Mode on 71F or higher in order to unlock the mount at the shop that you may buy for 7200 Gold. You may want to bring a character who's good at clearing crowds of troops... and also some patience. It's not a very interesting mission, but you will want to complete it the one time where it counts.

71F has you dealing with a large pack of Miscreants... oh joy. Just focus on destroying the named strike ninjas and you should be off the floor quickly. But 72F is bad for making you just wait around awhile while the Supply Captain dawdles around looking for wine... Yeah that's pretty dumb. Just follow him around until he finally gets to the stairs.

73F is loaded with Raiders and the Supply Captains flees. Seriously, Raiders are the stupidest and most annoying unit ever. They are like enemy officers in the form or a regular troops and posses a stupidly high defense, which is even worse when they are given Hyper Mode buffs... ugh. Survival Mode is riddled with them but here, you need to take on about 5 at once. Oh, and they block your attacks with a very high frequency in addition to being immune to the slow effect during Musou Attacks.

74F is where the Supply Captain is attacked by a Marauder. Run over to the other side of the map, beat up the Marauder and head to the last floor.

At 75F, you have to fight Ina, Tadakatsu and Gynchio at the same time. This can be a tough fight, so if you don't have Awakening 3, you will need some caution depending on who you're using. Some characters like Masamune can inflict a status that causes ATK↑ and DEF↓ which you may want to use.

Note that this is the PC version of Samurai Warriors 2. It still applies to every other version, including the console-only Xtreme Legends expansion.
