Welcome back to the channel, everyone! In today’s video, we’re sharing a behind-the-scenes look at a frustrating situation that unfolded last Friday (Good Friday, of all days). While most of the day went smoothly, we hit a bump in the road with a customer who wasn’t happy with the truck purchase experience.

The truck in question? A unique 2014 KW (Kenworth) that had been fully serviced and inspected by our trusted big rig shop. It was in great shape, but of course, things went wrong when the customer came in, claiming the truck had a check engine light. What followed was a series of events that included a part replacement, a regeneration process, and a very unhappy customer.

In this video, we’ll walk you through how the situation unfolded—what went right, what went wrong, and how we tried to handle it with the best customer service possible. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, things just don’t go as planned. And while we did everything we could, it’s a reminder that you can’t please everyone.
