Описание: This stage introduces Hades. He's actually on our side to start with, which is nice. You'd expect Hades to be evil right off the bat, wouldn't you? But like Yang Jian, he doesn't join right away even after having this stage named after him.

I play as Ryu here, who has his moveset ripped straight from WO3, but he's gotten a lot of shockwaves on his sword swings to give him some much needed range. He has an old SW-style Charge moveset. Just like Susano'o, actually. Now here's something I don't get whatsoever.

Ryu already HAS an updated moveset in Warriors All-Stars. He has an entirely new moveset that was already made to keep up with modern movesets, based more on his NG3 fighting style than WO's NG2 style. Why the hell didn't they just take that moveset? Why use an outdated one that they had to tweak anyways? For that matter, why the hell isn't Zhou Cang in this? He's got a DW8-style moveset in WAS as well, they just refuse to put him in for reasons I can't possibly comprehend. It can't be any harder than copy and pasting and just removing the WAS-unique mechanics and replacing them with WO4 mechanics instead.

And hell if they were gonna drag in guest characters, why not bring in William from Nioh? He'd have garnered a hell of a lot more attention than Achilles or Joan of Arc, characters from two franchises that are almost certainly never going to resurface. I just...don't understand what Koei is thinking here. It's like they came off of Spirit of Sanada to work on WO4 and then someone just beat them over the head with a stick, then used all the ideas they had after THAT.

Well, that was a bit of a tangent... Anyways, Ryu is probably the best of the guest characters. He has a lot of fast attacks with good range that triggers elements multiple times. His C2 and Unique Magic both chain into Izuna Drops that do some solid damage. His attacks look a bit same-y so it can be easy to lose track of what attack your doing, but they're all effective, so I guess it doesn't really matter.
