Watch in HD! As my senior year begins to wind down, I've had more opportunities to go trackside with my dad. Since I'll be leaving for Michigan in August, I hope to make these next few months as productive as possible, and to start, we went out to several locations in the area including San Timoteo Canyon, the new shoofly at Rana, Barton Rd. in Grand Terrace, Cajon Pass, UP's Mojave Subdivision around Hivolt, BNSF's Mojave Subdivision at Jim Grey, and we even took a trip up to the Trona Railway, but unfortunately enough, they were not operating. Featured in this video are brand-new SD70AH's, light power moves on the BNSF, the SANJAC running in both directions with vintage GP60's and 60M's, the Brooklyn Z, BNSF (formerly BN) 200, formerly numbered BNSF 170, on a Northbound manifest, trains at the spectacular Helendale Narrows, and much much more!
