The heart of the system of this UNIROB-Toploading machine is the R.WEISS transport module Intelligent Shuttle System (ISS). Using multipick tooling with Delta-robots produces 300 products per minute. The control of the Delta robots and the machine consists of a R.WEISS developed, operator friendly control concept, based on standard off the shelf components.

Das Herzstück der Anlage bildet der UNIROB-Toploading-Bereich mit integriertem R.WEISS Transportmodul Intelligent Shuttle System ISS. Mehrere in Reihe geschaltelte R.WEISS-Delta-Roboter setzen die pharmazeutischen Produkte mittels Multipick mit einer Leistung von über 300 Produkten/min. Im Toploading-Verfahren in die Faltschachteln ein. Die gemeinsame Steuerung der Delta-Picker und der Anlage erfolgt über ein von R.WEISS entwickeltes, bedienerfreundliches Steuerungskonzept auf Basis einer am Markt verfügbaren Standardsteuerung.
