It is submitted that on 25.10.2024 during beat pattrolling HC Satish 2032/OND and HC Karan 2225/OND of PS Shahbad Dairy, Outer North District saw a suspicious Wagon R car bearing no DL 3C AW 0848. When staff try to stop the car driver of said car increased the speed. After a chase staff stopped the car. On checking 36 container (1800 quarter 180ML each) of illegal Haryana made liquor was found in said car. Driver of said car namely Radhe s/o Sarju r/o C- 18/2, Vijay Vihar, Phase 2 Rohini, Delhi Age 19 yrs was also apprehended who previously involved in one similar type of case. In this regard a case vide FIR no 767/24 u/s 33/38/58 Delhi Exise Act PS Shahbad Dairy has been registered. Further investigation is going on.
