While you play through the campaign, you will find white explosive barrels. You will maybe get the achievement without even trying to get it but, there is an easiest way (Split Screen Method):
1: Connect a guess on the second controller.
2: Create a private versus match.
3: Select the second chapter of the campaign and choose the Local Server (didn't worked for me on Official Dedicated).
4: Choose any character with the first controller and an infected with the second.
5: Start the game.
6: With the second controller, kill yourself until you are a Boomer.
7: As the Boomer, go into the first building and stay beside the white barrels.
8: As the human, get into the building as quickly as possible and shoot the barrels to get the achievement.
