Sven’s award this year isn’t just a trophy - it’s an experience. He’ll be joining the Reid family in May at the Family Business of Australia Conference in Hobart to learn, share, and bring back insights for the team.

The Grunter is the pinnacle of Stockfeed performance. Lauded the land over (at least where Reid team members exist), this prestigious recognition of our best performer for the year has existed since 2018 and is named after Ian and Rosli Reids most productive auger The Keogh produced "Grunter". It shipped a lot of grain and that's the way we think of our Grunter recipients, they get "stuff" done. This award is selected from all of our monthly Grunter Award nominees over the preceding year. The best performer is selected by leadership and board members. Nominations are made throughout the year by peers within the Reid group for exemplary effort and actions related to our GROW (Growth, Reputation, Openness, Wellbeing) values.
