In accordance with Section 107 of the Copyright Act (Title 17 of the U.S. Code), this work qualifies as Fair Use because:

It is transformative in nature: the purpose is to educate, entertain, and comment on fictional worlds, not to replicate or replace the original.

It uses only what is necessary to support the narrative and all elements are heavily modified or entirely recreated.

It does not affect the market value of the original work and is not a substitute for it.

It is non-commercial in essence, focused on commentary, storytelling, and fan engagement.

Furthermore:

I do not use raw copyrighted footage or audio from the original series.

All visual assets are either created by me, AI-generated, or manually altered using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and other software to ensure uniqueness.

No third party is allowed to re-upload, reuse, or redistribute my videos without my explicit permission.

This channel exists out of genuine admiration for the creative works that inspire it, and my goal is to celebrate and expand upon them through respectful, imaginative reinterpretation.
