Thanks for watching and I hope this helped organize your warmups a little better so that you can get to the important part of being at the gym, training!
M- mobilize the roster with stretching and soft tissue work (lax ball, boom stick, foam rolling)
C- create space in the joint itself through controlled ROM drills and banded distractions
A- activate the muscles needed to buffer and support the joint through its active ROM so that they are receiving the load, not the aggravated tissue and you can develop a better neurological connection to these muscles during your main movement.
T- train! Get under the bar and feel the muscles you need to work, work, and enjoy a day where your hip/knee/shoulder/ankle feels as though it can breathe again.
