Triple Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients:

Donut Dough:
70g DLA Guimaras 66% Dark Chocolate Couverture
30g Granulated sugar
15g Milk
1 Egg
50g Cake flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
30g Butter

Chocolate Ganache:
50g DLA Guimaras 66% Dark Chocolate Couverture
50g Heavy cream

Coating:
100g DLA Coklat Dark Chocolate Compound

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and the egg with a whisk.
2. Put the DLA Guimaras 66% Dark Chocolate Couverture and the butter in a heat-resistant container, melt them in a microwave. Add this mixture to the bowl of sugar and egg and mix. Add the milk and mix well.
3. Sift together the cake flour and baking powder, then add to the mixture and mix with a rubber spatula.
4. Pour the mixture evenly into the molder and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes.
5. Make the ganache. Put DLA Guimaras 66% Dark Chocolate Couverture in a bowl, add warmed heavy cream, and mix. When it becomes smooth, transfer it to a piping bag.
6. Poke 4 holes in the back of the donuts and pipe in the ganache.
7. Dip the donuts into the melted DLA Coklat Dark Chocolate Compound for coating.
